WE ARE HIRING: LOAN CONSULTANTS (3 POSITIONS)

📍 Location: Solwezi, Zambia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, assess, and process loan applications
• Conduct client due diligence & credit risk assessments
• Promote loan products to grow the client portfolio
• Manage client relationships & support loan repayments/recoveries
• Meet sales, disbursement, and portfolio targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in sales, lending, or microfinance is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Solwezi’s local business environment
• Excellent communication, sales, & negotiation skills
• Must be based in Solwezi (or willing to relocate)
