  • Software & Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues, peripheral malfunctions, and operating system errors for operational workstations and kiosks.
  • Preventative Maintenance & Safety: Conduct routine checks on electrical and IT assets to prevent downtime, adhering strictly to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.

  • Electrical: Certified or proven competence in industrial/commercial electrical wiring, troubleshooting power faults, and reading schematics.
  • IT/Tech: Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, switches, cabling), CCTV systems, and hardware diagnostics.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical skills to quickly determine whether a system failure is electrical, mechanical, or software-driven and apply the correct fix.
  • Professional Attributes: Self-driven, able to work independently or in a team, and capable of handling pressure in high-traffic or live operational environments.
