Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sales Coordinator in opening and getting the shop ready for customers
• Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
• Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
• Addressing and resolving customers’ complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
• Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
• Ensure appropriate business registration documents and proof of affiliation to relevant professional bodies are displayed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Agriculture and animal Science
• Must be registered with Zambia Veterinary Council
• At least have 1 year experience in Retail
• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
