Calm Mountain Real Estate Limited, a dynamic and growing group of companies operating in the real estate, construction, and transport sectors, is seeking to recruit two (2) highly competent and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Ndola.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Marketing and selling company properties and services
• Conducting client viewings and presentations
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
• Preparing regular sales and activity reports

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related business courses
• Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
