WE’RE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER 

MasterGlass & Boards is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee our carpentry workshop and site installations.

If you have experience working with carpenters, fittings, or interior projects – we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage daily workshop operations
✔️ Supervise carpenters and production workflow
✔️ Oversee site installations (kitchens, wardrobes, fittings)
✔️ Ensure quality control and timely project delivery
✔️ Coordinate materials, cutting & edging schedules

Requirements:
✔️ Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or interior projects
✔️ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to manage both workshop & field teams
✔️ Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Bonus: Carpentry background will be a strong advantage
