Camco Group seeks to appoint the following positions.

1. POSITION: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (01)

Job Purpose:  Responsible for coordinating and supporting branch operations to generate maximum Sales.

Reporting to: Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of BA / BSc in Business Management, Marketing or Engineering field from a recognized institution.
• Advanced customer service skills
• At least 3 years working experience in similar position.
• Able to work independently / under minimum supervision.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Should possess good compression ability, enthusiasm and hard working. Disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to function successfully as a leader / part of a team.
• Must be registered and active member of respective professional bodies.

Main tasks and responsibilities.

• Act as link between Head office and branches
• Expeditiously deal with branch request
• Order and secure branch inventor
• Ensure branch inventory levels are kept within acceptable limits and avoid stockouts
• Conduct stock audits from time to time
• Provide all necessary support to the branches for them to achieve optimum sales
• Provide administrative support to respective Operations Managers.
