- Execution of internal control policies and procedures to ensure effective compliance with external stakeholders to mitigate potential losses that could have adverse effect on the company.

| Key Duties and Responsibilities |
- Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of operations in the operations of sales and finance team.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Reviewing and monitoring control activities across functions.
- Identifying and escalating risks of non-compliance.
- Maintaining proper documentation and audit trail of control checks.
- Engaging stakeholders to close identified gaps.
- Supporting Finance leadership in strengthening governance and safeguarding company assets.
- Any other function as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

| Key Requirements |
| Education and Work Experience |
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
- Full Grade Twelve School Certificate
- Relevant, Recognized and Accredited Professional Accounting Qualification(s)
- Minimum of three (3) years progressive and relevant experience
- Auditing experience or controlling Accounting
- Hands on experience in ERP system, preferably SAP.
