FINANCE DIRECTOR

Purpose of the Job

Tasked with overseeing all financial activities, reporting on revenue, training accounting staff, budgeting, disbursing funds to departments, managing risk, implementing policies, and improving financial processes.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Post Graduate Honours Degree in Finance.
• Minimum 10 years in Finance-related roles with reporting experience.
• Understanding of Chemical industries.
• Regulatory, statutory and compliance frameworks affecting area of responsibility.
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Financial policies, procedures, and processes.
• Management Accounting.
