We are looking for an experienced and dedicated House Keeping Manager to oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations for high-quality buildings. The ideal candidate must be committed, reliable, and capable of maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards while effectively managing a team.

🔹 Key Qualifications:
Diploma in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or any related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising cleaning works in high-quality buildings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven leadership ability.
Must be innovative, enthusiastic, reliable, and capable of organizing staff.
Ability to oversee day-to-day operations, assign duties, and maintain service excellence.
Having House keeping or Hotel Management Certification will be an added advantage
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all assigned areas meet required standards.
Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness and compliance with quality guidelines.
Plan and coordinate work schedules, task assignments, and staff rotation.
Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance throughout the contract.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and ensure proper use of equipment.
Report operational issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to management.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and organisational policies.
