Job Description
1. TRAINING MANAGER – SOLWEZI
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/ Certificate in a relevant field
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management
- Basic Financial Management knowledge and experience
- Three years minimum management experience
- Diploma in Education Management and 5 years teaching experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively manage the day to day operation of the training institute
- Maintain all institutional records
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management
- Manage stakeholder engagement
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
