Qualifications: 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university and 4 years experience or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of all IT systems (servers, computers, software, and devices) in coordination with Group IT.
• Provide support and guidance during system upgrades, installations, and data management.
• Manage the development and improvement of systems, ensuring new solutions integrate smoothly with existing ones.
• Work with affiliate staff to create strategies that improve services, user efficiency, and innovation.
• Communicate regularly with management and staff about IT services and updates.
• Support colleagues by developing their skills to meet changing business needs and new technologies.
• Create training programs, procedures, and user guides to help staff use systems effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including manuals, licenses, and records of system changes.
• Deliver end-user support through help desk and technical assistance.
• Stay updated on new technologies and assess which solutions best meet business needs.
• Manage IT budgets, purchasing, and financial planning.
• Establish and enforce IT policies covering system architecture, security, and disaster recovery.
