RDO Equipment Africa Seeks the services of experienced Part Salesman to be on counter attending to walk-in Customers. The following will be his major duties:
Duties:
1. Assist Customer / Workshop staff in locating parts /replacement parts
2. Communicate effectively via Email / phone to staff/Customers.
3. Be able to work with spreadsheets – Technical documents Etc in order to obtain technical information.
Qualifications
1. Very knowledgeable in parts.
2. Understanding of Engine / transmission parts / Hydraulic parts, etc.
3. Understand basic fundamentals of bearing / pulley, etc.
4. Good communication skills
5. Very good in Email and verbal communication skills.
