Role Overview

We’re looking for an Operations & Finance Officer to manage the daily financial, administrative, and operational functions of Klean Kix. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized, with a passion for business efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•           Manage cash flow, prepare daily sales summaries, and maintain accurate financial records.

•           Ensure full compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, and NHIMA regulations.

•           Oversee procurement of cleaning materials, packaging, and supplies.

•           Track stock levels and handle vendor and supplier relations.

•           Support management with operational planning and reporting.

•           Maintain files, receipts, and records for audit readiness.

Qualifications

•           Grade 12 Certificate (minimum).

•           Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

•           Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is an advantage.

•           Strong communication and organizational skills.

•           High integrity, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
