WE ARE HIRING: MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Hematon is looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to join our growing team and help us strengthen our brand, share our impact, and connect more farmers, partners, and customers to our work.

At Hematon, we believe agriculture is more than farming, it is about building profitable businesses, empowering farmers, and creating opportunities through agriculture. We are looking for someone who can help us communicate this vision to the world.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies.
2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
3. Capture and share farmer success stories, company activities, and project impacts.
4. Support branding, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
5. Create marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
6. Support stakeholder communication and brand visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration (Marketing option), or related fields.
• Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or content creation will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Passion for agriculture, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
