Assistant Accountant (1): Ideal candidates hold ZICA Licentiate/ACCA Level II/Full AAT and possess 2+ years’ experience. Successful applicants must demonstrate proficiency in ledger management, reconciliation, and financial software.
Loan Sales Officer (1): Requires 3+ years’ experience in credit and proven client relationship management skills. This role manages the full loan cycle, assesses creditworthiness, and is responsible for meeting sales targets.

Loan Sales Officer (1)
Reports to: Chief Credit Operations and Fintech Officer
Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to facilitate the end-to-end loan cycle for clients which includes acquiring customers, evaluating potential clients, assessing their creditworthiness, processing relevant documentation and recommending facilities for approval efficiently, accurately and in line with risk management standards while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
. Preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information and calculating financial ratios and recommending or not recommending loans for disbursement.
ii. Engage potential clients, acquire new customers, understand their financial needs, explain loan products and terms, and ensure accurate and timely submission of application documentation.
iii. Ensuring that all credit facilities provided to eligible clients are compliant with the relevant rules, policies, procedures and legislation.
iv. Assess creditworthiness and conduct risk analysis for all loan applications.
v. Develop and monitor effective loan repayment plans, including follow-ups with clients regarding repayment and loan renewals and ensure excellent customer service throughout the credit process.
vi. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and related documentation.
vii. Follow up on loan renewals, monitor client accounts, meet sales targets and provide leadership, guidance, and performance support to Direct Sales Agents.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related discipline. A Bachelors degree in the above fields is an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years of the relevant experience.
Competences and Attributes
• Strong credit assessment and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of lending processes, credit procedures and customer service experience
• Demonstrated analytical and sound decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity, objectivity and independent judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in credit record management, report preparation.
• Proficiency in MS excel and word.
