Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and verify goods against waybills, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality, and report any damage or discrepancies.
2. Coordinate vehicle entry and supervise orderly loading and offloading operations on site.
3. Instruct handlers on proper loading, unloading, and handling methods to minimize damage and ensure compliance with FIFO principles.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Supervise on-site operational staff to ensure compliance with safety procedures and prevent workplace accidents.
6. Monitor on-site delivery activities and address any irregularities to prevent theft or loss.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree or CIPS
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
