Overview

We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team in the construction and mining industries. This role is ideal for heavy equipment operators who have a proven track record of operating graders, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in challenging environments such as remote areas and open-pit mines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders efficiently and safely to maintain grade and slope specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize work processes and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of the equipment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with five (5) credits or better
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience operating graders in the mining or construction sectors.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operation Permits/certifications required.
• Proficient in operating graders and handling the demands of both remote areas and open-pit mines.
