Thelsac Equipment and Services Limited is a Zambian company specialising in swimming pool construction, renovation, cleaning, maintenance, and related services. As we expand our market presence, we are seeking energetic and results-oriented Direct Sales Agents to join our growing team.

Position

Direct Sales Agent (Swimming Pool Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell swimming pool services, including construction, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
• Identify and approach potential clients such as homes, lodges, hotels, schools, and institutions
• Clearly explain company services to clients
• Generate leads and close sales
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Submit regular sales reports to management
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of swimming pools or construction will be an added advantage
• Honest, reliable, and target-driven

Remuneration

• K3,000 monthly retainer
• Attractive commission on every sale closed
