Halo Marketing is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic, creative, adaptable, multi-talented person to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with clients, and has a genuine passion for content creation and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Client Content Support

• Travel to clients in Lusaka and around the country to gather high-quality content

  Advertise in Zambia

• Capture photos and videos that align with each brand’s aesthetic

• Build positive client relationships and ensure smooth communication

Content Planning & Creation

• Create monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s marketing strategy

• Develop strong captions, briefs, and content concepts

• Keep up with relevant trends across all major social media platforms

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare professional monthly progress reports

• Track growth, engagement, and performance

• Provide insights and suggestions to improve results

Team & Marketing Support

• Social media scheduling and management

• Support basic email marketing tasks

• Contribute ideas to campaigns, launches, and creative projects

💡 What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is:

• Highly creative with a strong visual eye

• Excellent in English (spoken and written)

• Skilled in photography and videography

• Trend-aware and up to date with digital marketing best practices

• Flexible and adaptive, comfortable with travel and changing environments

• Experienced in the marketing or content creation industry

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Driver’s licence preferred

• Having your own vehicle is an advantage (opportunity for paid sponsorship of the vehicle)

• Willing to travel around Zambia when required
