Location: Fair Haven School, Chingola

Position: Class Teacher

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach across assigned grades and subjects as per the school curriculum

• Strategically plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons

• Interpret the syllabus correctly and prepare schemes of work

• Deliver high standards of education and ensure effective lesson delivery

• Conduct adequate assessment of learners and prepare progress reports

• Maintain discipline and create a safe, supportive learning environment

• Communicate with parents and staff regarding learners’ progress

• Ensure the protection and safety of all learners

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the school administration

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Education from a recognized institution

• At least 2 years’ teaching experience (primary experience is an added advantage)

• Must have a creative and innovative mindset

• Ready to work long hours in a dynamic environment

• Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia and hold a valid Teaching License
