Wittlink Car Wash is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the position of Car Wash Operations & Mini Bar Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

·      Grade 12 School Certificate with a Credit in Mathematics

·      Conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word

·      Accounts Certificate is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

·      Managing the day-to-day operations of the car wash

·      Overseeing and running operations at the mini bar

·      Supervising car wash employees, including attendance, task allocation, and performance

·      Supporting basic record keeping (sales, expenses, stock, and daily summaries)

Required Skills & Attributes

·      Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

·      Good communication and leadership skills

·      Strong customer service and basic business awareness
