We are inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:

POSITION: Brand and Corporate Affairs Manager
CONTRACT: Permanent
LOCATION: Lusaka

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

Formulation and translation of annual marketing plan for the Chibuku brand into trade strategies and action plans.

Development and execution of marketing activities for the Chibuku brand – brand management, signwriting of Chibuku outlets countrywide, sponsorship programmes, property development for the brand.

Drive and support brand and marketing campaigns for Chibuku across the business.

Develop both marketing and digital strategies for the brand.

Protect and improve the performance of our Chibuku brands by communicating both functional and emotional benefits.

Engagement and liaison with marketing agencies for all Chibuku brand creatives for development of above-the-line (ATL) activities.

Media buying for all Chibuku campaigns with various media houses – outdoor, print, TV, radio and digital.

Oversee the procurement and production of various marketing collateral.

Key account management, i.e., chain stores countrywide – development and implementation of annual business plans; business development.

Stakeholder engagements on behalf of the business and issues relating to Corporate Affairs.

Development and implementation of sustainability initiatives showcasing CSR for the business.

Implementation of smart drinking initiatives through introduction of alcohol health literacy campaigns.

This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial, Business or related field

Experience in Microsoft Office

Polite with ability to communicate well

Team player

Sober mind, self-starter, physically fit and honest

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license

Minimum 5 years in marketing or commercial role at minimum supervisory level
