Job Description
Sarazi Logistics is a leading logistics and transport company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a proactive individual to handle a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet.
Location: Ndola, Copperbelt Province, Zambia
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Licensing Management: Oversee and manage the complete licensing process for our fleet of trucks, ensuring all vehicles are legally compliant and licenses are renewed in a timely manner.
Insurance Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to truck and company insurance policies, including renewals, claims processing, and record-keeping.
Accident Documentation & Management: Act as the primary point of contact for documenting and managing truck accidents, ensuring all necessary reports and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted promptly to the relevant authorities and insurance providers.
General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as required, including filing, data entry, and other office-related tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within the logistics or transport industry.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & Must have experience in Logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of vehicle licensing and insurance procedures in Zambia is a significant advantage.
