Job Overview

Premia Supplies Limited is looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Representative to grow sales for our household care and hygiene range in Lusaka. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s household care and hygiene product range to assigned customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and open new accounts within retail, wholesale, institutional, and other relevant channels.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure repeat orders.
• Conduct regular route visits, order taking, and follow-ups.
• Ensure products are well merchandised, correctly priced, and available on shelves.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends, pricing, and opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Support stock management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Educate customers on product usage, safety, and handling where required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, household care, or related products.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Good reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Lusaka retail and wholesale market is a plus.
• Valid motorcycle license is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
