We are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:

Position: Local Area Representatives

Locations: Kaoma, Mpika, Kapiri Mposhi, Petauke, Siavonga, Mpongwe, Chililabombwe, Luanshya, Kitwe, Mansa, Kasama, Solwezi and Lusaka

Contract: One (1) Year – Renewable based on performance

Remuneration: Commission-based with a base salary

Reporting to: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring customer volume targets are monitored and communicated daily
Ensuring that Distributors adhere to model stocks for all brands and packs
Ensuring all relevant sales targets are achieved in the area (pricing, availability, visibility, etc.)
Conducting weekly visits to all retail outlets in the area
Delivering quality after-sales service
Establishing and maintaining good customer relations
Providing timely feedback to customers and management on matters of concern
Responding promptly to customer queries
Ensuring all necessary trade documentation is available
Minimum Requirements and Attributes:

Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
Minimum of 2 years work experience
Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and a clean record
Team player
Ability to follow instructions, work with minimum supervision, and demonstrate hard work
Sober-minded, self-starter, physically fit, and honest
