MARKETING OFFICER
Reporting to: Deputy Director Marketing

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, to support business growth and customer acquisition.
■ To Conducts market research and competitor analysis, to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the insurance sector.
■ To formulate marketing plans and campaigns for new and existing insurance products.
■ To ensure consistent brand positioning, corporate image, and messaging across all channels.
To manage and coordinate sponsorships on promotions.
To develop communication materials including brochures and digital content.

KNOWLEDGE
■ Marketing
■ Digital marketing
Proficient in all Microsoft applications

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Campaign design and execution
Managing Customer Experience
Valid driver’s license of not less than two years
A member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing

KEY COMPETENCIES
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and brand management.
Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Market research and data analysis skills.
Leadership, people management, and team-building capabilities.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies with measurable outcomes.
