Main Responsibilities

Gather and Synthesize Market & Competitor Intelligence to support strategy formulation and execution
Support Monthly & Weekly Forecasting & Demand Planning
Pricing Monitoring & Margin Analysis across domestic and export markets
Own Daily, Weekly and Monthly Performance Measurement & Reporting at Country and Group Level
Own Customer & Segment Analysis to inform strategic and tactical interventions
Develop & Implement a robust Data Strategy including automation and modelling

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in business, economics, statistics or a related discipline.
Full Grade 12 School Certificate
Advanced Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & MySQL
Advanced Proficiency in PowerBI
Minimum of four(4) to five (5) years relevant work experience.

Skills and Behaviours

Basic understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings.
Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, and able to effectively leverage technology with attention to detail.
Very good communication skills.
