Our client, a Global Healthcare and Crop Science Innovation company is lookin a hire a Warehouse Coordinator. The Warehouse Coordinator will actively co-ordinate the Warehouse operations for Seed products including activities for distribution and warehouse activities in a sustainable manner, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations governing warehouse operations and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Inventory movement in SAP and the DC ensuring adherence to FEFO/FIFO,
• Inventory Accuracy, Stock keeping and compliance.
• Execute auxiliary warehouse activities regarding expired stocks handling,
• Exceptional labelling, Re-labelling postproduction, complaints & returns handling and waste in line with the procedures and warehouse instructions.
• Ensure effective, efficient and productivity operations in all distribution and warehouse activities to deliver the desired costs and savings.
• Performed any other duties assigned by the line Manager.
• To store and control all raw and treated seed in the warehouse
• Assist with Inventory management-seed storage and stacking
• Work with casual workers on all warehouse operations.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Support and coordinate with service providers contractors at the site.
• Support fumigation of the seed and pest control in the warehouses.
• Organize loading and off-loading of seed from Processing Plant and imports.
• Support seed destruction processes on all written off seed as approved.
• Carryout safety activities in the warehouse per OSHAS18001 procedures.
• Adhere to forklift safety procedures
• Support in inventory control through weekly and monthly count, Updating of stock cards real time
• Report any non-conformities in the Warehouse.
• Work closely with warehouse specialists.

• Diploma in logistics /distribution. A degree is an added advantage
• 3 years’ experience in Distribution and Warehousing
• Mandatory Computer Literacy with SAP Knowledge and experience
• Handling the Seed and Agri-input chemicals is advantage.
• Forklift driving Certification and store management Knowledge is preferred.
• A Valid Driving license
• Must be able to demonstrate accountability and be able to create value with the customer in mind.
