Overall Purpose

To grow the Zamtel Money agent network and improve agent productivity within the assigned territory. The role recruits and activates quality agents, conducts structured field visits, reactivates dormant agents, supports cash and electronic float availability, enforces branding and service standards, and provides timely market intelligence and performance reports. The role converts agent acquisition into sustainable transaction volumes, improved customer access and increased revenue.
