What You’ll Do

- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Ensure security, backups, and system updates.
- Document issues and solutions effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with IT support tools and remote access.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- IT certifications are an added advantage.
