Job Description


Role Overview:
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to our customers, ensuring smooth operation of their IT systems. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware and software, and contribute to IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems.
  • Set up and maintain computer workstations and peripherals.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and administration.
  • Document technical issues and their resolutions.
  • Participate in IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Train staff on basic IT procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
