We are recruiting the following positions for our client in the ICT industry:

  1. DevOps / Backend Engineer
  2. Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager
  3. Senior Sales Executive

1.DevOps / Backend Engineer

Role Purpose

The DevOps / Backend Engineer is responsible for developing back-end systems, maintaining scalable infrastructure, automating CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable deployment of production-grade applications. The role requires strong backend engineering expertise supported by hands-on cloud and automation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and related MERN frameworks.
  • Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and rollback.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, and related services.
  • Ensure system reliability, security hardening, performance tuning, and load optimisation.
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues quickly.
  • Implement server-side logic, APIs, data structures, and secure integrations.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams for seamless feature deployment.
  • Deploy and maintain production-grade applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure, processes, and codebase.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a credible institution.
  • Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and backend architecture.
  • At least 1 year hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and AWS cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of containerization, virtualization, and DevOps principles.
  • Knowledge of Git workflow, API design, system security, and performance tuning.
  • Experience working with scalable, production-level systems.

2.Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

Role Purpose

This role combines creative design expertise with strategic social media management. The Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager is responsible for producing high-quality visual content and managing company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, social media graphics, brochures, company profiles, receipt books, and digital content.
  • Develop brand-aligned visual assets for campaigns, internal communications, and promotional activities.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor online engagement, respond professionally to queries, and grow follower communities.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all digital and printed materials.
  • Produce multimedia content (short videos, motion graphics, animations) using Adobe After Effects where applicable.
  • Analyse social media metrics to optimise content performance and adjust strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain an organised digital asset library and ensure all artwork is backed up and accessible.
  • Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for both print and digital environments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience managing corporate social media pages and content calendars.
  • Knowledge of brand development, layout principles, and visual communication.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage.

Role Purpose

The Senior Sales Executive/Closer is responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted B2B acquisition, lead warming, prospect nurturing, and independent deal closure. The position requires a strong, reliable professional with a critical and solution-driven mindset who can manage the full sales cycle with minimal supervision.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end B2B sales activities, including lead qualification, presentations, proposals, and deal closure.
  • Warm and nurture existing leads using structured follow-up, CRM tracking, and personalised engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, and client documentation.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring all interactions, tasks, and opportunities are up to date.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships that drive retention and referrals.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, competition activity, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ethical behaviour, and sober decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of independent deal closing.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven follow-up processes.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and communication skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an added advantage.
