We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in consumable products, we are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team at our factory located in 13 Miles, Lusaka. We currently have openings for the following positions:

1. Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions and records
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Support audits and budget preparation
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and integrity

2. Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to management and staff
Handle correspondence, filing, and office organization
Schedule meetings and manage office supplies
Assist with HR and operational tasks
Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Prior experience in administration preferred

3. Stock Controller

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage inventory levels
Record stock movements and maintain accurate records
Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations
Coordinate with procurement and production teams
Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
At least 2 years’ experience in stock/inventory management
Strong analytical and record-keeping skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

4. Vacancy Announcement – Sales Person

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s manufactured consumable products
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare and present sales reports to management
Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or consumable products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Record production data and report any faults or irregularities
Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets
Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or related field
Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
