Store Marketing Agent (1)

Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

NTEMBA24 is looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Store Marketing Agent (1) to support the execution of in-store marketing activities and visual merchandising standards across assigned store locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that promotions, displays and marketing materials are properly implemented and maintained according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement in-store campaigns and promotional setups
• Maintain visual merchandising and store display standards
• Install posters, banners, signage and price tags correctly
• Ensure promotions are clearly visible and accurate
• Submit daily photo and execution reports
• Support store activations and promotional events
• Monitor display condition and report issues promptly

Requirements

• Experience in retail or store operations preferred
• Basic understanding of visual merchandising
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Good  communication and reporting skills
• Ability to follow structured instructions and standards
