Store Manager

Yalelo is looking for a Store Manager to Manage Yalelo store operations by ensuring the availability of stock, the highest standard of customer service excellence and meeting sales targets. He/she will maximize efficient resource utilization to ensure the smooth running of store operations.

Location: The role will be primarily based in Mpongwe

The Right Fit candidate will:

• Manage store’s/outlet’s sales performance
• Communicate sales goals and targets to the store team
• Ensure timely submission of scheduled sales reports in accordance with organizational standards
• Account for and supervises retail administration and reporting in shift operations
• Define and allocates other staff duties in accordance with operational requirements
• Control inventory and ensures stock accuracy per shift
• Manage and maintains store facilities
• Contribute to recognition of store team performance
• Control SOP compliance daily
• Lead Weekly KPI team meetings and Daily shift briefings

The Store Manager Must Have:

• Academic qualification in Sales/Marketing or related field (preferred)
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Customer Service Experience with a traceable track record
• Leadership Experience: Experience in a similar position is an added advantage
• Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
