1. Stock Controller Clerk

About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous Stock Controller Clerk to be a key part of our inventory team at our plant. You will ensure accurate stock records and contribute to the smooth flow of materials essential for our production.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise data entry for all incoming, outgoing, and internal inventory movements (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished bricks, packaging).

Assist in conducting regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and investigate any discrepancies.

Generate and maintain essential inventory reports and documentation.

Manage inter Branch transfers

Support the organization and tidiness of all storage areas.

Collaborate effectively with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in any business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.

Previous experience in an inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
