TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Clarkson Insurance & Risk Services Limited seeks an Outsourced Social Media Manager to enhance engagement and drive content strategy.

The Clarkson Zambia’s Social Media Manager will be instrumental in the implementation of an engaging social media strategy and action plan that will deliver virtual client-driven content.

Responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation:

Develop diverse content in collaboration with the Clarkson Zambia Business Development Team.
Create moment and seasonal marketing content.
Propose social media campaigns featuring Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
2. Social Media Management:

Develop a comprehensive social media strategy for Clarkson Zambia.
Maintain presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads.
Engage with posts and comments.
Research and share relevant content that invites conversation and interaction.
Expand online networks and maintain account information.
Analyze platform performance and adjust strategies.
3. Social Media Packs:

Prepare social media packs for all key events, activities, and launches.
4. Engagement:

Interact with online audiences in collaboration with team members.
Provide timely responses to messages and comments.
5. Reporting:

Monitor and report on account performance.
