1. SHOP SUPERVISORS – 4 POSITIONS (LUSAKA)

Job Purpose:

To oversee daily shop operations, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, staff performance, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise shop operations, staff, and sales activities.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and product quality.
Manage stock control and daily cash reconciliations.
Prepare daily reports and enforce operational procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 Certificate (minimum).
Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or Food Service Management is an advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
