JOB 1: SCHOOL MANAGER (1 Post)

FULL-TIME/Senior Leadership | Academic Leadership & Operations Excellence

SMT International School Zambia invites applications from a strategic, academically grounded leader to serve as School Manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide decisive leadership in academic excellence, discipline, and school operations.
• Ensure strict implementation of school policies, safeguarding procedures, and performance systems.
• Lead the school’s technical management system: standards, reporting, quality assurance, and improvement cycles.
• Manage staff performance, mentoring, appraisal, and professional development.
• Deliver clear operational accountability: attendance, learners’ welfare, learning standards, and reporting,

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Five (5) O-Levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching (or equivalent). Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
• Computer literate (must demonstrate operational ICT competence).
• Familiarity with ECZ and Cambridge assessment systems.
• Ten (10) years’ experience at Senior Management Level (required).
