About the Company

Supreme Refrigeration Limited is a new and growing business specialising in refrigeration spare parts such as compressors and cooling components, with plans to expand into full cooling and refrigeration systems. We are looking for a motivated individual to grow with the company.

Position: Sales & Technical Assistant (Counter Sales)

We are looking for a young, energetic, and responsible male to work as a counter sales assistant, handling customers, sales transactions, and basic technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers professionally and confidently
• Identify customer needs and recommend the correct refrigeration spare parts
• Make sales and issue invoices accurately
• Handle cash, card payments, and mobile money transactions, including giving correct change
• Test products before sale where required and demonstrate basic product usage
• Maintain proper records of sales and payments
• Keep the counter and workspace clean and organized
• Assist with stock handling and basic inventory checks

Requirements

• Speaks English fluently
• Able to read and write well
• Good with calculations and numbers
• Computer literate (basic use of computers and invoicing systems)
• Experience or familiarity with smart invoicing systems
• Basic technical knowledge in electrical and refrigeration systems
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Previous experience in a refrigeration, electrical, hardware, or spare parts shop
• Basic understanding of compressors, cooling parts, or electrical components
