About the job

 

Duties

  • Understand customer needs, recommend products, and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and develop client relationships via visits, calls, and emails
  • Support team members and follow company rules & KPIs
  • Complete sales reports accurately and take care of company assets
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Collect market info, clarify pricing, stock, and delivery to clients
  • Check stock, record sales data, and handle customer queries
  • Review performance and complete other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), local language is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Good communication, teamwork, and stress management skills
