Job Description


A company in the Automotive Industry is looking for (03) passionate Sales Representatives (2 in Lusaka and 1 in Ndola) to join their sales team. To be successful in this role, you should have a valid class B/C driver’s licence, be self-motivated and able to meet the criteria below.

This role has a salary remuneration package consisting of salary plus commission.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Reporting weekly sales activity metrics to management
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Negotiating and closing sales contracts
Timely handling of customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and activations
Counter sales and attending to walk in Clients.

Sales Representative skills/Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma in marketing and sales or business administration
Understanding of industry trends and sales strategies.
1 to 2 years proven work experience as a sales representative or sale/marketing executive.
Team player
High-level communication and networking skills.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in computer skills
