🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans across all company sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product activations.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare analytical reports.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License (mandatory).
• Membership of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in any of Yancha’s operational sectors will be an added advantage.
