MIRO COMMAND PROTECTION SECURITY IS HIRING
COMMISSION-BASED Sales and Marketing Agents
MCP SECURITY is looking for a self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Agents to help grow our security services business across Lusaka.
This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone who is ambitious and able to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Market and promote MCP SECURITY services
Find new clients and generate leads
Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
Prepare marketing reports
Build and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
Diploma in marketing or any business-related Field
Experience in marketing or sales (security industry an advantage)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Confident, presentable, and proactive
Able to work with targets and minimal supervision
Must be based in Lusaka
