JOB TITLE: SALES OFFICER – LANDSCAPING & OUTDOOR CLEANING SERVICES

Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose

To market and sell Thelsac’s landscaping and outdoor cleaning services to corporate clients, develop new business opportunities, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

– Identify and engage potential corporate clients

– Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments.

– Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and service contracts.

– Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

– Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

– Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

– Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience

– Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration (Degree is an added advantage).

– 3 years experience in a similar industry (landscaping, cleaning, construction, facilities management, or related services).

– Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

– Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

– Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident.

– Knowledge of corporate and institutional sales is required.

– Must have at least class B driving license

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: K8, 500
