Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the agricultural or animal nutrition sector and a passion for driving growth while building strong relationships with farmers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow Supra’s market presence in Lusaka and surrounding areas.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agri-business stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the animal feed industry.
- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to promote products and support customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales management (experience in animal feed or agriculture is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Valid practicing license and fully registered with either AIZ (Agricultural Institute of Zambia) organization or other related professional organizations.
