Job Description


Our client, an International trading and distribution company, operating five business verticals. Acknowledged for their truly outstanding performance globally. One of the verticals of trading being Auto distribution, our client would like to advance their vision as a preferred auto distributor.

They now want to fill a vital role of a Sales Executive to add further value to their Ndola based dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for talented persons, keen to make immediate contributions and prove their caliber.

Key responsibilities:

  • Able to draw daily market coverage plan
  • Meet monthly sales targets as per the ABP
  • Proper pipeline management (C0-C3)
  • Achievement of monthly targets through dedicated coverage
  • Follow-up and execution of set monthly action plan.
  • Attend to all marketing activity like display, demo, road shows etc.
  • Arrange a minimum of 4 face to face customer meets per day
  • Generate and track new customer enquiries
  • Escalate hot cases to sales manager
  • Ability to close deals
  • Create Sales Orders
  • Tracking of competitor offers for counter offers purposes
  • Strong communication with customer at each level (soft skills)

Personal Profile:

  • Must have Marketing/Sales exposure
  • In depth understanding of Premium Luxury Vehicles
  • Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • High level of business orientation and understanding
  • Good planning and understanding of key account Management
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent Relationship building skills
  • Excellent Communication &Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Excellent Key account management.
