Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive – B2B, based in Lusaka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and presenting customized IT solutions to prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and representing the company in networking events or presentations.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and client relationship building
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and analysis
Experience in IT products or services sales is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Zambia and a passion for the IT industry
Ability to travel within the Lusaka area and nearby regions
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic understanding of IT hardware, printers, and computer accessories is an added advantage.
