Job Description
As a Sales Associate at Suffix Technologies, you’ll be at the forefront of our revenue-driving force, charged with igniting growth and championing our cutting-edge software solutions. Your dynamic blend of sales prowess and marketing finesse will empower you to passionately communicate the unparalleled value of our products to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients within target industries and regions to expand the customer base.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of prospective clients.
- Present software solutions effectively to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Actively engage in outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create customized solutions that address clients’ specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while ensuring profitability.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management to track progress and performance.
Requirements
- 2 years working experience in a sales environment
- Degree from a recognized institution of Higher Learning
- Computer and Tech Savy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Grade 12 Certificate. (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics)

Conditions
This is a commission-based sales role, no monthly retainer is provided. Successful candidates will receive commission ranging from $100 to $300 depending on the type of solution they manage to sale.
