SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all tenders and submit to sales rep at least a day before due date.
  • Submit weekly reports and prepare correspondences as assigned by superiors.
  • Proper record keeping for all company documents.
  • Taking minutes and circulate within 24hours from date of meeting.
  • Maintain sales figures, asset listings and service schedule for SBU vehicles.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects/customers.
  • Daily Contacting of prospects clients from the database.
  • Undertake new business development initiatives.
  • Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Maintaining the company social media accounts and make sure it’s always active at any given time.
  • Providing administrative support to Sales Reps and Senior Management.

Requirements.

  • Minimum and Ideal Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • 2  years experience in Administration
  • Must have a drivers license.
  • Must be willing to start immediately.

Work location Kitwe , Copperbelt, Zambia.
